has became her specialization beside as a director of
CLTC. As a good team with Mr. Prof. Erman Rajagukguk,
SH, LLM, PhD ( Counselor & Main Instructor of CLTC
) and also with the other instructors who will transfer
some experiences to you.
Prof. Erman Rajagukguk, SH, LLM, PhD
He is a great teacher in faculty of law at University
of Indonesia. He is also a law consultant in some corporate
in Indonesia. He under graduated from law school from
university of Indonesia. He has master (LLM) and Phd program
from University of Washington School of Law, Seattle USA.
His specialization in Investment law, Contract law, Negotiation,
Capital market law and Corporate Law.
Hikmahanto Juwana, SH, LLM, PhD
He is a docent in University of Indonesia of law
school and Senior lawyer & consultant. He under graduated
from University of Indonesia of law school, and his master
program (LLM) from Keio University, Japan and His Phd
Program from University of Nattingham, London. He concentrate
in Investment law, Contract law, Negotiation, Capital
market law and Corporate Law.
Ronggur Hutagalung, SH
This senior lawyer has had experience for over
than 25 years in a litigation practices in a court and
for meantime has handled some cases in public and private
field. He under graduated of law shool from University
of Padjadjaran. Beside as a lawyer, He also actively giving
a speech in some seminars of law. With his experiences,
he will coach you to become a under graduated of law school
which is expert for handling your company related-cases.
 Teguh
Samudera, SH, MH
He is a senior lawyer who has experiences for
over than 15 years, and now becoming a Justice Ad Hoc
in Commercial Court. Under graduated of law school from
University of Jayabaya, and got His master in same university.
With the other instructors in CLTC, he will transfer his
experiences to you by a module of expertise handling a
case in a court.
